Ball falls off Tee when addressed.
Situation:- The player accidentally knocked his or her ball off the tee during address.
Solution:- Re-tee the ball without penalty because a stroke was not made. The ball is not in play until the player has intentionally made a stroke at the ball from the tee.
It’s a different story if you had already intentionally made a stroke at the ball. For instance, you swung and missed. If you then unintentionally knocked the ball from the tee it’s in play. The penalty would be one stroke and replace the ball on the tee.
