Thank you to all who supported the captains drive in on sunday, Many thanks to our ladies captain, Bernadette Gillis who arranged for us to arrive at the club in a vintage 1915 overland car,Thanks also to Anthony who organised the pony and trap for the photo shoot.The scramble on the day was a great success in very windy conditions, the mixed pairs had good crac out there and we hope to repeat that format again.
Well done to the Pierce Purcell team who played in wicklow on saturday,On behalf of the club may I extend our thanks to all of the team and our vice captain Steve O Brien for all his hard work in preparing the team. Thanks to PGA professional Leo Hynes for his time in coaching the guys with tips and advice, a great experience.
