The team put in a great effort in less than perfect conditions amongst a field of very experienced club teams. The guys came home with a score of 382, which meant we claimed 2nd last place but not the wooden spoon. This was an historic day for the club in that it was the first team ever to represent Ballinastoe Golf Club in an Interclub Competition. The club is very proud to now say that we are part of the interclub tradition and we look forward to building on the experience gained in the competition with a vow to come back even stronger for next season.
